How to Book
Booking a place for our Classes and Events is easy:
1. Download the Booking Form complete the information and send it to Arts Alive Wales by email or post.
2. Make your payment to info@artsalivewales.org.uk via PayPal or post a cheque with your booking form. When paying via PayPal please include a note about which class you’re booking.
Terms and conditions:
- A place on a class is only reserved once your details and payment has been received.
- We regret we are unable to offer refunds without 14 days prior notice.
- Confirmation of your booking will be issued by email.
- If there is an insufficient number of participants for the class to go ahead Arts Alive Wales reserves the right to cancel the class and a full refund will be given, however we are not liable for any consequential loss.
- In the event of the class already being full when you apply we will return your payment to you.
