Yoga
Cathy Genevie has studied in both the USA and Britain under several exceptional teachers. Her classes reflect a deep understanding of Yoga and an awareness of the body gained through years of study and practicing therapeutic massage.

This would be more helpful if the page said where the classes are held! Looking at Cathy’s website, I assume that they are in Abergavenny.
